How We Started

Our Humble Beginnings

King Industrial Supply was founded in 1996 as King & Company, llc, by Marvin King. Mr. King began supplying local manufacturers with abrasives, cutting tools and MRO supplies. On January 1, 2001 Brent Busdeker, Jason Herbert, purchased the company from Marv, incorporated the company, changed its name to King Industrial Supply, Inc. and moved it to its current location on Caldwell Avenue.

The company has evolved into one of the area's premier distributors of cutting tools, abrasives, plant filtration, safety and mro supplies. Over the past ten years we have added the products and services to make our customers more efficient and thus more profitable. Through the continued relationship development with both our suppliers and our end-users we have equipped ourselves and our customers with the tools and strategies to become leaner and more profitable.

Who We Are

Brent D. Busdeker

Brent was born in Fremont, Ohio and grew up outside of Pemberville, Ohio where he learned his work ethic from the farming community. Brent graduated from Eastwood High School and went on to earn a B.A. from The Ohio State University. Brent now resides in Tiffin with his wife and three children.

Jason Herbert

Jason Herbert grew up in Tiffin Ohio and graduated from Calvert high school before continuing his education at The Ohio State University. He Graduated in 2001 and began his career at King Industrial Supply. Jason Currently resides in Tiffin with his wife Tammy and their Children Max and Liam.

Aaron Herbert

Aaron, Jason's brother, also graduated from Calvert High School and then went on to graduate from Ashland University. After Aaron graduated from Ashland he joined King Industrial Supply as sales manager. Shortly after joining the team, King Industrial Supply purchased an addition business in Tiffin, OH were Aaron took on the roll on Operations Manager.
